Day 01 : Drive Lucknow to Nepalgunj (195 kms / 4 hours)

To start your chartered flight trip for Kailash Mansarovar aerial darshan, today you will reach Nepalgunj from Lucknow in an airconditioned vehicle with other group travellers. The departure time from Lucknow to Nepalgunj is 09.00 AM . The 4-5 hour drive through a busy road will bring you to Rupariah border via Bahraich. On reaching India-Nepal border get down for border checking and clearance formalities. After crossing the Indian check post, stop again in Nepal side for clearance, luggage checking and vehicle permit formalities, which sometime takes more than expected time.

In Nepalgunj a comfortable room stay will be organised in a five star equivalent hotel on sharing basis. A dedicated tour manager from Max Holidays will receive the group in Lucknow and a team of experienced tour guides from Max Holidays will be available for a briefing of the trip in Nepalgunj and the group members can also discuss with them about the significance of the holy Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar. The guides may also share there personal experienced for their past travel to Kailash Mansarovar. The first meal in the package will be buffet dinner in the hotel. Night stay will be in the hotel at Nepalgunj.

Day 02 : Enjoy mountain flight for Mt. Kailash darshan

Early in the morning the guide and his team will organise group transfer from hotel to Nepalgunj airport where the chartered flight (Bombardier aircraft) will be waiting for you for the Kailash Mansarovar aerial darshan trip. It is to be noted that the flights here are completely weather dependent and if weather is not favourable for the flight to take off, short or long delay is possible. The group members will have to wait at the airport. Nepalgunj airport is very small and there is hardly any facility available apart from a small restaurant inside the airport.

Once the flight gets clearance from air traffic control (ATC) and it takes off from Nepalgunj airport the trip will last for about an hour or more. You will get mesmerizing darshan of holy Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar from the window of your flight while flying over the mountains near Nepal-Tibet border. The view of mountain and lake from the flight is completely subject to clear weather. After holy darshan the flight will return to Nepalgunj airport and a comfortable transfer from Nepalgunj airport to the hotel will be organised by Max Holidays team for the group. Breakfast, Lunch and free time in the hotel.

In the evening the group visit to Bageshwori Temple (Shakti Peeth) will be organised by the guide. The group members can explore the temple and participate in the Hawan organised by Max Holidays for the group members in the temple. Dinner and night stay in the hotel at Nepalgunj.

The operation of the flight and clear view of Kailash Mansarovar from the flight is completely weather dependent. Our services also does not include any other additional expense incurred before or during the trip due to any unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disaster, act of God, technical failure, flight delay or cancelation, delay by authorities in issuing permits or entry visa, strikes, riots, political closures, not opening of the borders due to lockdown situation or any other reason, war situation, and/or any other situation or circumstances which are beyond our control,
Any service/s which is not mentioned in our above 'list of package cost inclusions' does not fall under the liability of the Company and the same will be paid by the traveller only in advance or at the time of consuming the service, as may be the requirement of the case,
Any expenses of personal nature,

Important Remark: Company shall not be responsible for poor view of Kailash Mansarovar due to cloud or bad weather. Once the flight has taken off, there is no second round or refund applicable in the event of return of the flight or poor view of holy mountain and/or lake.

REFUND POLICY
Only the traveller will be authorised to cancel his/her trip bookings. All cancellations must be sent to our office by email in a prescribed format. Refund will be strictly based on the cancellation policy mentioned above (or other as may be negotiated by the traveller, in writting, at the time of booking). The booking advance amount paid to the Company includes a non-refundable service charges of INR 5,900/- (including GST) and the same will not be refundable under any and all circumstances, after booking. If the trip is called cancelled by the Company due to any reason, the Company shall refund the entire amount including the advance booking amount paid by the traveller. However, the Company shall not be liable for any additional expense on the traveller arose due to such trip cancellation. After receiving the refund request from the traveller in prescribed format, processing time for refund will be 15 working days from the date of cancellation form is received. The refund will be made only in the bank account of the person who has made the payment for the booking. The refund process may take upto 15 days after approval by the Company. No refund is applicable for cancellation beyond this date, for no-show and for any unutilised services.
