Day 01 : Arrival Lhasa airport from Beijing or Chengdu

Upon reaching Lhasa airport from Beijing/Chengdu you will be received by a Max Holidays representative in Lhasa. Further you will be transfered to your hotel in Lhasa city. The 2 hours drive through the beautiful road will lead to your hotel where you will stay for the night.

Day 02 : Jokhang Monastery & Potala Palace visit

Today morning after leisurely breakfast you will be taken for a half day sightseeing tour of Lhasa visiting Jokhang Monastery & Potala Palace. Also explore the famous Barkhor Market which is traditional Tibetan market of Tibet. Enjoy your food in a local restaurant in Lhasa. Night stay will be in Lhasa today.

Day 03 : Drepung Monastery

Day 04 : Lhasa to Shigatse and Lhatse

Head to Shigatse this morning through a comfortable drive. Enjoy visiting monastery of Tashilunpo (it is based on 1447) and continue drive to Lhatse for night stay.

Day 05 : Visit Mount Everest Base Camp & Rongbuk Monastery

Early today you will drive to Mount Everest Base Camp. Upon reaching spend some time here admiring the beauty of the world's highest mountain. Visit Rongbuk before you head back to your hotel in Lhatse for a comfortable night stay.

Day 06 : Rongbuk/Lhatse to Saga

Wake up and after breakfast start your drive towards Saga which is the entry point for Kailash Mansarovar region. The comfortable drive from Lhatse to Saga takes you through several beautiful site and small settlements along. Saga simply means 'Happy Land' in Tibetan language. Saga also connects three majour county namely Zhongba, Shigatse and Gyirong thus is an important point of connectivity. This small settlement always attracts travellers and exploreres. Spend time in Saga exploring the beautiful bazaars and streets during your stay here.

Day 07 : Saga to Lake Manasarovar

The day starts with full of excitement as today you drive towards the holy Lake Mansarovar. While driving from Saga to Mansarovar you can have the first sight of Holy Kailash Mount. We have to cross a number of check points on the way to reach lake Mansarovar. Upon reaching check into the guest hourse near the lake. Later visit Lake Mansarovar. One can also spend time sitting near the lake under the stars. Admire the beauty of the lake and surroundings.

Day 08 : Exploration of Lake Manasarovar drive to Darchen

Manasarovar is the lake of compassion, tranquillity and bliss. After completing the memorable morning bath in the holy water the group will head towards Darchen for night stay before kora. Darchen is considered as a base camp for the Holy Kailash Parikrama.

Day 09 : Trekking to Dirapukh, First day of Kora

It is one of the exciting days walking along the beautiful rocky cliffs; water falls with some clouds in the clear blue sky make you feeling that Great God Shiva is everywhere with tons of blessing to you. Time to time the face of Kailash Parbat will keep on appearing. For 15 km trail, it takes almost 6 hrs.

Day 10 : Trekking to Zuthulpukh via Gauri Kund, Second day kora

Hardest but Holiest day of your pilgrimage Yatra with Dolma-La (pass) of 18600ft between two valleys. Yamasthal should be crossed to reach the Shiva-sthal while your steps go closer to the pass. Once you reach the top, just do the holiest offering and sit down for meditation to forget you. Once your steps go down, Parvati-sthal and Gauri Kunda are on the way. By the late afternoon, you will arrive Zuthal Puk (the cave of Miracles. The great ascetic Milerappa is supposed to have performed miracles here).

Day 11 : Trekking to Darchen, Drive to Saga

After walking 3 hours, all the driving crew will be waiting your arrival. By late afternoon you will be at your lodge in Saga.

Day 12 : Saga to Gyirong/Kerung drive

The morning after breakfast, we pack up our belongings then set off for Saga. Today, we traverse approximately 210 km to reach Gyirong. On the way, we cross river Brahmaputra then drives take a right turn to Gyirong before we reach Peiku lake. Night stay will be in a hotel at Gyirong.

Day 13 : Gyirong to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we drive down to the border then after completing border formalities. continue drive to Kathmandu. The drive takes about 7-8 hours to reach Kathmandu. Evening free for independent activities. Night stay in a hotel.

Day 14 : Pashupatinath Temple visit
